We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of Lao PDR. This includes—but is not limited to—labor laws, environmental standards, anti-corruption regulations, and data protection laws.

Employees and stakeholders must not engage in any activity that violates the law or brings reputational harm to AgDevLaos or its investees.

  • We have zero tolerance for bribery, kickbacks, or any form of corrupt practice. No employee or partner may offer, give, solicit, or accept improper payments, gifts, or favors.
